About Me
🌻I am another drop of water in this ocean of humanity, but I'm using my ripples to join the environmental and health revolution!
My core values include:
|
I'm a woman from South Pasadena, California who loves her sunshine and learned from the expansive and creative Los Angeles artistic and yogic community!
Growing up in a studio apartment for 14+ years forced me to learn how to create space for myself mentally, and manage small spaces physically. As an artist, I am resourceful and innovative to create works of art that inspire emotional wonder ✨The images I create are a contrast between youthful fascination and grotesque curiosity. I like to explore whatever my mind calls to spill onto the canvas!
Finding yoga gave me the practice to be able to breathe and connect with myself without the need for physical space and materials 🌈
I'm currently living on the East Coast since the 2020 pandemic, but living in Los Angeles county I've noticed the growing yoga community may be more about image/life style than health or joy.
The number of influencers on social media that try to sell you certain products or a certain image that can be inspiring, but it can give a false sense of accomplishment. You don't need to buy any products or merchandise to further your practice as a yogi.
I'm here to remind people that yoga is for everyone! If you can breathe you can do yoga! The physical practice is only an 1/8th of what yoga is, and it's important to me to guide my students on the path of creating mental, artistic AND physical space for themselves 🙏 Wether thats healing from past trauma, connecting back to their imagination, or understanding their own intuition, I know my journey and guidance can help anyone who calls for it.
Your health and joy is the most important thing in life, and only You can give that to yourself💖
